• A description of your system configuration including the operating system and version, and the amount of memory and the hard drive space.
  
• Details of the problem. This should include, if applicable, the name of the affected applications, the text of any messages you receive, a description of what you were doing when the problem occurred, and whether or not the problem is repeatable.
  
• If available, copies of the ModelWare® configuration files in use by the affected applications.
