We use customer feedback to modify, support, enhance, and customize our product. In the next year we expect to see advances in the following areas:

Triant is developing application support notes that discuss ways of using ModelWare® on processing equipment to provide value.

The notes give examples to:


• illustrate which sensors to collect data from, and
• explain how to build models for a specific tool type.

Research is continuing into how we can enhance the modeling engine to:


• enable more accurate modeling of certain types of tool data, and
• enhance the accuracy of model predictions.

ModelWare RT's Report Generator will be augmented to allow:


• more report options, and
• more control over report contents.

We are developing methods for:


• easier integration of third party sensors or other interface standards (like HSMS) when using a tool-side PC configuration for data collection.
• easier integration of ModelWare® into existing MES solutions.
