Triant implements solutions designed to help our customers receive the full benefits of ModelWare®. Services are provided either directly by Triant, or by our distribution partners. The services necessary to ensure easy and quick adoption of ModelWare® are all part of our complete solution.

A Field Engineer does a pre-installation assessment and prepares an Installation Plan.

The plan details the work to be done by Triant and by the customer, and lists all equipment required to install ModelWare®.

On-site installation and testing of all components of ModelWare® includes:


• data collection setup and validation (if appropriate)
  
  
• ModelWare® configuration
  
  
• archival system set-up
  
  
• configuration of model automation
  
  

Following installation, Triant can provide on-site classroom style user training for customer personnel.

Training covers all aspects of using and maintaining ModelWare®.

User manuals are included.

Maintenance and support agreements for ModelWare® are negotiated at the time of sale.

Triant and its distribution partners are committed to providing customers with all they need to obtain the full value from their investment.

Triant offers a series of additional services to help you integrate our solutions and ensure that you are getting everything out of your data. These include:

Triant offers a full array of sophisticated data analysis services which can be tailored to the specific needs of each customer.


• Customers can forward trace data electronically to Triant and request analysis of the data for faults or trends.
• Triant will generate a report summarizing the analysis. The report can be returned to customers electronically.
  
  

Triant provides programming services to meet the unique requirements of individual customers.


• Programming services are contracted on a customer-by-customer basis.
• Programming services are priced as a function of the scope of work required.
